Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process your order. This includes 1–3 days for item preparation, packing, and carrier pickup, and an additional day for the carrier to sort and update the shipping information into the system. Orders received after 5 PM CT will be processed on the next business day.

Time in Transit

Transit time is the time it takes for your shipment to reach its destination after it has been processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and all the required information. Use your tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time on our Order Tracking Page or directly through the carrier’s website.

  • Stated transit times are based on estimates from the shipping carrier, and are subject to change. Holidays and high sales volume can lengthen order fulfillment time.
  • Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address and phone number to avoid delays. KOYLIM is not responsible if the item is shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred to ship to the correct address.

Customs & Duties

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions relating to certain international deliveries, and you may be subject to duties and/or taxes that are beyond our control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to the country in which you reside and will be responsible for any such additional fees or taxes.

Packages arriving to international destinations are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays in the original estimated delivery time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We strongly recommend that you provide a reliable delivery address. Once the shipment status is updated to "Delivered", KOYLIM is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.

Lost Package: If your package is lost during shipping, we will file a claim with the logistics provider and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Damaged Package: If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and a copy of your shipping bill. We will file a claim with the logistics provider and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Multiple Packages

If your order includes bulky items (e.g., travel bags or backpacks), we may ship them separately to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You’ll receive a tracking number for each package, which you can monitor on our Order Tracking Page.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. If you have not received your OTN within 5 business days, please feel free to contact us at [email protected], and we will respond within 24 hours.

All delivery services come with a package tracking system that allows you to follow the progress of your package from our platform or directly from the individual carrier’s website.

If your item has been in transit for a long time, such as more than 20 business days, you can try contacting the logistics provider directly to check the status of your item.

Unfortunately, shipping options can’t be changed after the order is placed.

Can I change my shipping address after my package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address while the package is in transit, but you can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and place a new order with accurate details.
